‘Elevated Emotions’ is an affirmation song paired with a readable/printable affirmation lyric sheet that can be used as often as you need to retrain the inner-voice and ultimately re-shape the self. Both are downloadable and the music is also available on all streaming platforms.
We are all creators, whether we create dinner, a conversation, a child, an art piece or anything else. How we use our creative energy follows a complex framework that is built by our perception of our ‘self’ in relationship to our world, or, ‘other’.
We pick up the twists and turns of this framework throughout our lives. Twisting here to experience this, turning there to avoid that. Typically, there comes a point in one’s life where we bring the framework to question and ask, “is this really serving me?”
However, the question can sound quite different for each of us. Perhaps we ask, “Why does this pattern keep repeating in my life?” Or “Why do I always do that?” Or “How come I can’t have ____?”
The questions point us to the source, to the one who asks, to the place where the answer lies in the power we each hold as creators. The power is in our ability to choose to change the framework, thus creating new patterns for our creative energy to follow.
We can live this way, in “flow state”, allowing the innate patterning of self-acceptance, confidence, authenticity and love to create for us while we receive the guidance and inspiration for our actions.
This is vastly different than what most of us were taught and something I have had to learn from my own guidance system and inner wisdom as I’ve traveled my path of personal growth.
The work I do is intended to help you shift into your own path of ease. Welcome to your new normal. Welcome to your flow-state.
